MURCIA Plaza Beluga
23 diciembre 2010, 17.20h-18.00h

 

Docenas de personas inmóviles durante 40 minutos, en un mismo punto, en un punto céntrico de transito. Una performance, una manifestación de silencio sobre la pura existencia del ser humano.

 

17.00-17.19h
Entrada de los participantes que permanecerán de pie en Plaza Belluga. Distancia aproximada entre los participantes: 3 metros.

 

17.20h
Comienzo del evento artístico. Durante 40 minutos permanezca en silencio.

 

18.00h
El repique de las campanas de la Catedral señalando las 18.00h será la señal para finalizar. Abandonen la Plaza de manera discreta, en silencio.

Dozens of people on a central square of Murcia, the simple act of standing. The plastic of living human bodies can be seen as a silent manifestation of the pure existence of human beings. People from the region of Murcia, Maghreb or elsewhere are kindly invited to become a concrete part of the performance.

 

17.00-17.19h
Unspectacular entrance of the standing participants in Plaza Belluga. Distance between participants about 3 metres.

 

17.20h
Performance begins. For the next 40 minutes no words are spoken.

 

18.00h
Cathedral bells chime. The participants leave the Plaza as inconspicuously as possible.
