8 hours water kettle carrying

"Related to the exposition „Don't disturb my Xmas-tree" of Erika Kronabitter in the Johannit church in Feldkrich, the Swiss artist Thomas Zollinger presented his 8-hour non-stop performance of „water kettle carrying". Zollinger filled up the kettle in the river Ill, brought the water to the Johannit church, then emptied the kettle on the market place before filling it up again in the Ill. At the point where his performance and the video installation of Kronabitter meet, Zollinger's shadow takes part in the installation for a few seconds."
